A quick and easy dinner idea that’s kid-approved and Mitch-approved! These BBQ Biscuit Cups are loaded with savory beef, sweet onions, and the bold flavor of Running Code BBQ Sauce—all wrapped in a golden biscuit and topped with melty cheese. Perfect for weeknights or game day snacks!

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup diced onion
- ¾ cup Running Code BBQ Sauce
- 1 can large refrigerated biscuits
- 1–1½ cups shredded cheese (cheddar or blend)
- Optional add-ins: diced green peppers, shredded carrots, or mushrooms
Instructions:
- Cook the Filling: In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onions until cooked through. Drain excess grease. Stir in ¾ cup of Running Code BBQ Sauce and mix well.
- Prepare the Biscuits: Press one biscuit into each cup of a greased large muffin pan, forming a little cup shape.
- Fill & Top: Spoon the beef mixture into each biscuit cup. Sprinkle generously with shredded cheese.
