Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery using our contact form:

To help us resolve the issue, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
As our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns. If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out via our contact form.
We also do not accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Because we do not accept returns, we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different product, a new order must be placed.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
